Get In Touch

Call, email or fill out a contact form and let us know what you'd like to achive. Dylan will be in touch to arrange a meeting.

Consultation

We'll meet to understand your goals and outline a plan to achieve them. We'll guide you through each stage, ensuring clarity and assurance throughout your project.

Design

We'll work with a professional architect or draftsman to create a concept plan tailored to your requirements, or work with your architect to make sure we're on the same page. Once finalised, plans will be submitted for council consent.

Costing & Contracts

Our clear and comprehensive proposals detail all costs. We offer both fixed-price and "charge up" contracts, ensuring you know exactly what you're paying for. We'll guide you through the NZCB Building Contract.

Construction

Regular meetings keep you informed and involved. We'll coordinate with subcontractors and address any questions you have, ensuring smooth progress.

Completion

Your new home will be inspected, professionally cleaned, and ready for you to start a new chapter.
